Oh, HI!

I'm Conor—owner and head baker of Eight Hands Bakery.

The baking bug bit me young, maybe 7 or 8, when my mom had me help her make cookies. At first I was mostly in it to lick the batter off the egg beaters. Yet, I stuck around and found myself enjoying working with my hands and sharing teats with the family.

As any 12-year-old does I decided one day I’d have my own bakery. So, saved up all my pennies and bought a KitchenAid stand mixer to increase my baking productivity.

While my goal has continued to be opening up bakery, the reason has changed over the years. With Eight Hands Bakery I want to help folks come together and build a sense of community; and there is no better way to connect with each other than over food.

That in mind, I'd be honored to be part of your wedding. I also love supporting your tea parties, potlucks, small dinner gatherings, or just providing a lil’ something to share with the new neighbors. I believe baking hits a soft spot we all have.

Now with a heap of professional and personal baking experience behind me and my trusty mixer by my side, I'm here to help you whip up some seriously toothsome delights for you to share and enjoy with your community. So come on in, share your ideas, and let’s bake some magic together!
